In this new series, we interviewed 3 different groups of people – ex-inmates, singles and NSmen where they share about their life after prison, singleness and experiences in NS in the respective episode.

Amelia Ng (16) is the first person in Singapore to be diagnosed with Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD), a rare neurological disorder that causes progressive damage to the nervous system.

 

Growing up, INAD has stolen everything from Amelia – from the ability to talk and walk, to living normally as any teenager would. 

Her sister, Amanda Ng (19) recounts the memories shared with Amelia and how she wants to make the rest of the days with her count.
